As we’re sure you are aware, it’s the school holidays, so we decided to lend a helping hand to all those parents out there. We scoured the internet to find 6 of the best printable activities for your kids to do this holiday.
1. Disney’s Frozen Elsa Paper Craft
If you have little girls, you know all about Frozen. Now you can get a free paper craft from Spoonful and help your girls make their own Elsa doll. Get the pattern and instructions here. This will require some adult help, especially with the cutting and gluing the pieces together.
2. Easter Egg Colouring Fun
With Easter coming up, why not let your children help with the decorating. Let their imaginations run wild with this blank Easter egg colouring page from Colouring.WS. You can get the colouring page here. Remember to have the brightly coloured crayons and pencils handy.
3 & 4. Autumn Leaves
With the nights getting chillier and the leaves starting to turn, we all know that autumn is well and truly here. Why not let the kids celebrate the season by making these fantastic autumn leaf garlands to hang in windows or their rooms. This one, from Spoonful (we love that site), is already coloured and can be printed on plain cardboard. However, this one, from Craft Jr., is blank, so you can print it on coloured paper or have the kids colour it in themselves.
5 & 6. Word Searches
Why not combine learning with fun with a word search. You can get some science themed word searches for children of all ages from Science Kids. Or have some fun with these word searches from Puzzle Club, they come in three levels of difficulty, so they’re suitable for all ages.
And don’t forget, you can get all the ink cartridges and toner cartridges you need to print your crafts at Inksaver.co.za. Use the voucher code EASTER at checkout to get 10% OFF your compatible printer cartridges.
