These terms and conditions ("the Terms and Conditions") govern your ("the User") use of the Inksaver CC ("Provider") website located at the domain name www.Inksaver.co.za ( "Provider's website"). By using the website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
All payments are handled by our partner MyGate and are of the highest security standards. To read more about secure payments, please see Security Policy below. The maximum limit when placing an order online is R5000.
All payments are handled by our internet payment processing partner, MyGate. All transactions between the customer and Inksaver, as well as between Inksaver and MyGate, are always protected and safeguarded by utilising secure technology standards (SSL/HTTPS). Your credit card number and personal information is protected by MyGate and will not be forwarded to a third party. Credit card numbers are never stored by Inksaver. Inksaver guarantees that our products are working as intended and do not damage your printer. If the product is not working as intended Inksaver will replace it free of charge within 365 days of the original date. Your warranty on the printer will not be affected whether you are using compatible or original cartridges.
We can only guarantee that our printer cartridges will work in printers purchased in South Africa.
If you need to return any product(s) from Inksaver, you must first complete our online return request form to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Along with your RA, we will supply you with shipping instructions.
Returned cartridges must meet the following conditions:
Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
Faulty or damaged products may be exchanged within 365 days of the original purchase date. In order to return an ink or toner cartridge to receive a replacement, the cartridge must be at least 50% full. The original delivery fee is non-refundable. Faulty or damaged products must be returned in the packaging it was delivered in and if not returned in the same packaging we are not able to accept the product for an exchange.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a packing error.
If you have ordered the wrong cartridge, or if you have purchased a new printer and the cartridge you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as the original or Inksaver branded packaging has not been damaged, opened or any seals are broken and request for an exchange falls within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please be advised that we do not ship replacements or give refunds/credits until we have issued a Return Authorisation (RA) number and we have received the returned item(s). If you need a replacement cartridge immediately, we suggest you place a new order for the replacement and wait to receive a refund on your original order so that the new order will not be delayed due to the return process, which includes receipting and inspecting the returned cartridges.
Customers returning items can only be refunded by EFT Bank Transfer, as stipulated by the banking laws of South Africa. The refund payment will be made by us within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products.
We deliver to any address within South Africa no matter the size of the order. A delivery charge at a flat rate of R49.95 (inclusive of VAT) will be processed on each order.
We aim for a 24 hour turnaround time and therefore orders are picked and dispatched the same day as the order was placed. Customers should receive their orders within 1 to 4 business days from date of order.
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will retain all items on backorder until we can dispatch the entire order.
A complaint has to be made as soon as possible from the date of delivery of the goods - so we can sort out the issue as quickly as possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Unfortunately we cannot accept claims on empty and/or used up cartridges as they cannot be seen as being faulty. Inksaver holds the right to charge you for replacements if the claimed cartridges are empty and/or used up.
All attempts to place false orders or to deceive will be reported to the local police authority.
Inksaver attempts to be as accurate as possible in its product, pricing, and rebate information; however, Inksaver cannot guarantee that product descriptions and/or specifications, pricing or any other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event that information is incorrect due to typographical, informational, technical or other errors, Inksaver will not be liable for any loss or discrepancy with accurate data.
If a product offered on the Inksaver is not as described, or does not meet your expectations, you do have the option to return the product in accordance with Inksaver’s Return Policy.
Please note that voucher codes cannot be combined together on a purchase and only one voucher code per purchase allowed. Voucher codes are valid for a specified time period only. Unless otherwise stated, all voucher codes and discounts apply to compatible (non-OEM) itmes only.
Any dispute concerning these conditions is to be settled in accordance with South African Law, since Inksaver is situated in South Africa, and since South Africa is the country where all business transactions take place.
You must be 18 years or older to order from Inksaver.
Our order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order, Inksaver will determine whether or not to fulfil the order, and Inksaver may refuse or limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site, including Inksaver's terms and conditions of sale.
Inksaver reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order, you agree that Inksaver's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Inksaver for the product giving rise to Inksaver's liability.
We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times therefore we do not collect any personal information except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you with your consent. We only collect personal information that is necessary to process and fulfil your orders or undertake the facilities offered by Inksaver's website. We only keep personal information for as long as it required and for the purpose it was collected. As an additional security measure we remove all payment details from our servers as soon as the order is processed.
We only supply personal information to our couriers and bankers for the purposes of dispatching your order and collecting payment. The transfer of personal information is always undertaken using secure encryption technology (SSL/HTTPS)
